This also helps improve their efficiency, and effectiveness while supporting the change management process. Our knowledge delivery systems have roots in Agile framework and adaptive management that enable our learners to execute and learn iteratively and use nimble tools to test and shape solutions.

Our Strategy

SCLI’s strategy is built on three pillars:

#

Deepening Competencies

This features our flagship learning program that covers emerging and contemporary modules around data for decision-making and evidence for policy design. We use blended learning methods modules, such as performance monitoring, impact measurement, data analytics, and visualization to deepen the competencies of development practitioners and enable learners to use data better and embed outcome thinking in their work.

#

Expanding Perspectives

Crafted to introduce greater organizational effectiveness through leadership and management development learning inputs, these modules deep dive into concepts such as adaptive leadership, change management, development design, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

#

Pushing Conversations

Global South partnerships with stakeholders across geographies are central to building, engaging, and informing the ecosystem discourse. SCLI curates consultative and learning engagement through workshops, roundtables, and publications to encourage cross-pollination of ideas that propel conversations and contribute to ecosystem building.
